Facilitated by: Dr. Naveen L. Bagalkot & the HCPC Research Team
Project Partner: Maya Health
Location: Channapatna, Karnataka
Time: September to October 2018
Duration: 7 weeks

Description
This project was based in Channapatna, a semi-urban area around 70km away from the city of Bengaluru. As part of my first Research Practice I did a literature and state-of-the-art review, conducted interviews to understand what role do men play in pregnancy care and what design of technology enables this.
In the Self-Directed Inquiry that followed I engaged in critical making to explore the role that fathers-to-be could play in pregnancy care by creating a board game which could double app as a counselling tool to be used by Health Navigators.
